Kathleen Turner Overdrive - Marauders! Wolves! Scavengers! Party!

So last year (2008) in Canada really seemed like "The Year Of The Brake Up". It seemed like every month a new band was throwing in the towel. Band like KINCAIDE, Sydney, Shotgun Rules, Seconds To Go, Means, Johnny Truant (I know that they are from the UK, but Canada was their second home, so they count), and this band Kathleen Turner Overdrive. Now these guys sort of came up out of no where and made a there mark on the scene very quickly. Getting signed to Underground Operation, heading out on the road with bands like Farewell To Freeway, Means, Shortline Hero, Protest The Hero, getting on all the festivals and large events in Southern Ontario last summer. So I guess they came they saw, they partied across this amazing country of our and peaced out. So if you never did get to see them they put on a very dirty show with short shorts, booze driven sets and the occasional mic stand miss hap (just a quick recap; hope I didn't bore you, but really you didn't have to read it you could just download the shit).

So if you are in the the Norma Jean meets The Gorgeous you will dig this little EP entitled "Marauders! Wolves! Scavengers! Party!" and really sums up the EP. Enjoy.
